Hi, i was given 2 of these tracking number but both are invalid, kindly assist.

RI774945231CN
RC959573215CN (it has been a month)

if you just got the number, wait 5 to 10 days and track again.

If over 10 days and tracking result is still shows as invalid number, you should open dispute against fraud shipment.

RI774945231CNً, its been 2 days since no update, where is the location of the shipment now?

RI774945231CN is outside of china since Dec 2. After the parcel left china and before it arrives your country, you can not see new status. it is normal.

Ouh ok, thanks. Btw how long it takes for the shipment to reach Singapore since it left china on the 2nd?

based on last year experience, you need wait about 2 to 4 weeks.
