Hi.
Since last August 17 my package does not register any activity.

2016-08-15 08:47:02.0 Dongguan city Post Office eCommerce dept. parcel center received
2016-08-15 08:54:25.0 Dongguan city Post Office eCommerce dept. parcel center customs scan
2016-08-15 08:55:14.0 leaving Dongguan city Post Office eCommerce dept. parcel center ，next station Dongguan center
2016-08-15 10:02:20.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-08-16 09:33:44.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-08-17 13:12:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-08-17 14:13:22.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

Can somebody help me ?

Well... I check in the Estimate Arrival Time page, and today is the 29th day (Longest Arv. Days) to Mexico, and the status of my parcel did not change.
Help Plese !!

1. Have tried calling the Mexican Post about your parcel. It must have arrive and it's maybe in the hands of the Customs Office but not yet clear.

2. Don't forget 29 day is only an estimated arrival time and this timing does not include the parcel awaiting time at the Customs Offices in China and Mexico.

I called to Mexican postal service, and they inform me the parcel does not leave China Guangzhou Airport yet. The parcel does't register any arrival to Mexico. They checked the information on Tracking System.
What can I do ?

1. Well then there is only one thing left to do, contact seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel.
