My package Item code: LX349697435CN was forwarded to Brazil on 05/28/2017 and until today 7/2/2017 the tracking does not change, it is stopped, I want to know what is happening

Normally ePacket will arrive Brazil in 2 to 4 weeks. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by next friday, You should open dispute for lost parcel .
