Hello, I bought some goods from Lezeda on march.

I received on april the 12nd a mail with the corresponding tracking number, but i've been trying to get some updates about my order and it shows "no shipping record, try again later". I would appreciate some help. Thank you!

RV874679499CN was sent to airline on April 23

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

After sent to airline, parcel will travel another 4 to 12 weeks to reach Colombia. Once the parcel arrives Colombia, Colombia Post tracking webpage will show local location status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
