Hola soy de cuba y quisiera saber si China Post puede mandar paquetes a Cuba, especificamente a Santiago de Cuba. Si es posible, me podrían decir como es el procedimiento, donde se recoje el paquete y como es el tema con la aduana. Espero sus respuestas. Muchas Gracias.

Hi I´m from Cuba and want to know if China Post can send packages to Cuba specifically to Santiago de Cuba. If it´s possible, could you tell me how is the proceeding, or where the package is collected and how is the matter with customs. I await response. Thank you so much.

Yes. China Post can ship parcels to Cuba. However, many shippers in China complain that the parcel lost rate from china to Cuba is very very high. Payment and fraud is another problem. Now few China seller want to sell or ship goods to Cuba.

Thanks for your answer chinapostvolunteer you say that the parcel lost rate from china to Cuba is very very high, why do you think this happens? It is the fault of Cuba Post? What you mean by that Payment and fraud is another problem. Payment and fraud of who?.

Some China Post user say that Cuba customs will open every parcel and this causes huge lost rate. Payment fraud are in buyer side. A few of Cuba buyers use stolen credit card and result in a lot of charge back.
