Post Order is "missed"

Hi! Because an incorrect address my order was returned to China.

It was posted um China on Oct 09th 2018 and i still didn't receive it.

The tracking number is LZ896531628CN.

I would like to know what is happening.

Brazil Post(Correios Brazil) shows parcel arrived SAO PAULO / SP, Objeto encaminhado, de Unidade de Logística Integrada em SAO PAULO / SP para Unidade em Fiscalizacao Aduaneira / BR.

You can contact Brazil Post for return detail reason. If you believe this is seller's fault of printing wrong address, you should claim compensation from seller.
