My order number is RJ051017813CN, and it-s stuck on DE after being on DEFRAA. It's supposed to arrive to PY.
Please help.

RJ051017813CN should be in transit from Germany to your country, you need to wait another 2 to 3 weeks.

Мој број налог РР199569566РС, и ИТ-а заглави на ДЕ након што на ДЕФРАА. Требало је да стигне до ПИ.
Плеасе хелп.

Ok i'm wrong i think! Where i must ask dis. I have just send a enveloppe from Belgium and the enveloppe is for a person in Germany . Where i must be for ask that?! Sorry for dis post here. But i'm new here. Can you gif me a adress where i can ask please !?
