the tracking number is: 83547600876

It was shipped: 2017-10-02

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "electronics data received" . This means your seller applied a tracking number but has not really shipped the goods. Now is holiday time, seller should have delayed the shipment. You can wait one more week and track again.
