Post Same Status 10 Days!

Hello
I ordered a Sun Glasses For Men
This is the tracking number : RJ366448340CN
The status is no not update more then 10 days
2015.02.14 16:11 (GMT-7): Collection

Please help me and check it out
China post i trust you

now is holiday time, status no updating within 2 to 3 weeks is normal.

So you mean that the package now still in china or the package is on the plane to Israel ?

the parcel will transit through many countries and airports on the trip from China to Israel. You can not know the parcel is in which airport now. Parcel status will ONLY be updated if it arrives at an airport with scanning service.

But the status is Collection Its mean that Its Now in China its not in the plane
Its still in China

if you parcel stuck in collection over 2 weeks, you should open dispute to seller. it might have something not allowed by china post and was rejected.

The Status is changed to this
2015.02.28 11:09 (GMT-7): Opening
2015.02.28 08:14 (GMT-7): Departure from outward office of exchange
2015.02.14 16:11 (GMT-7): Collection
What its mean Opening ?
