Can you check please where is my parcel?
The seller has been shipped my order two mounts ago but I still have not
new information about my parcel on website of China Post.

RK066742048CN can not pass export scan. you should open dispute and claim refund.

Hi.Could you check it for me,please.I have to wait more than 6 days but the tracking is not update.Because this parcel is Noel's gift so I have to have it before 24/12.However,this parcel has a status flight depart,why this parcel does not ship to Vietnam more than 6 days.Please help me

RJ250774366CN was just sent to airline. it will arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.

Hi,because it is nearly Noel.2 to 3 weeks to arrive to Vietnam,it will be out of Noel's day,and one more week from Vietnam custom.Should I open dispute?

if your buyer protection date is expiring very soon, you can open dispute, otherwise we suggest you wait.
