http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller", this means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything. You are scammed. Which website did you buy from?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 11. Now is busy season, it will travel about 4 to 6 weeks to reach Serbia.

USPS website shows the parcel just arrived USPS distribution center in WASILLA, AK 99687, you will get it very soon.

LS198996038CN is still in Wenzhou. It should be seriously delayed. If you can not get it by this weekend, you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

LS225314178CN is delayed in Shenzhen due to airline space shortage. please wait one or two more weeks.
