Post Where is my parcel?? HELP!

Can anyone tell me what is happening with my parcel: LZ351547045CN
It was originally sent on 25/05/2018- no updates since 4th June.
AUST POST have said that it was an automatic scan and they do not have it.

Australia Post website shows it on Jun 4 arrived "SYDNEY NSW, Arrived at facility in destination country". Not sure why Australia told you they don't have it, It should have it otherwise it will not show such result in their website. maybe Australia Post has lost your parcel.

After numerous calls to Australia Post and speaking to their international team, they have advised me that it was automatically scanned through the system however was never on the flight. Could it still be in China? Is there another way to find it?

Australia Post's reply is strange. The parcel must have been physically scanned in Sydney. I believe they lost your parcel and try to find excuse. If Australia Post does not help you, you can not get the parcel.
