Hello, as of late March, I placed an order and would just like to know the status of my package or find out if I was scammed or not. My tracking number is LY031871016CN. The status has not been updated since March 25, 2020. Though I understand the delays due to Covid-19, I have made separate orders from China that has arrived. I would love to know the status of this package, if available. Thank you so much in advance!

LY031871016CN is still in China waiting for flight space to USA.

China Post warehouses are so full that it is impossible to organize these parcels in shipping time sequence.

The result is that all these limited space are assigned to parcels at random. Some new parcels might be shipped very quickly while many old parcels are still sleeping in warehouse. So it is difficult to predict actual arrival time.

Our stat reports shows some parcel shipped in middle April has arrived USA but there are also many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China. It is like lottery.

Good news is that China Post is renting some cargo airline space to send the parcel oversea. The average delivery time is becoming faster. So your parcel is not likely to be delayed as those February parcels. Please be patient and wait for some more time.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show its local arrival information.

UJ379093968CN just arrived New York. USPS will deliver this item in next 10 to 20 days.

Hello, I ordered my package LW576325765CN in early March and still not arrived yet. Tracking shows it sits at China custom and updates once a month showing the same spot for the last two months. What is happening? I understand the delay due to pandemic but it is easing now.
