Tracking number RY996422299CN. It was booked on 2 April, it has been sent to kolkata Airport sorting office on 9th April, but after tht there is no updated information regarding my package, so need information, nd also want to know how to file complaint regarding it

I am in the same situation! my package was sent to kolkata on 7th April but still not update! no tracking. not even sure that it arrived in India or got lost!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number was sent to airline on Apr 9.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date until it arrives Kolkata. this might take 2 to 6 weeks..

I placed an order on 29th March to Qatar requesting seller to deliver before 1st May. I need my parcel soon as I will leave qatar.. tracking says sent to airline. When will i receive it??? Pls help

you can do nothing but waiting at this moment. India Post will get this parcel sooner or later(in 2 to 6 weeks).

Oky I will b waiting, hope it comes sooner cz it's now almost a month to b precise it's now 29 days since it was ordered

It's now more thn a month, but my package is yet undelivered. Still no info after 9th April
