I live in canada I placed an order online from November 2017. It is now February 2018 and I still have not received my items. My tracking number China Post RM935663720CN says it left China from January 5 and after that there is no more info therefore I have no idea where my package is. Please help nothing I've ordered have ever taken so long.

RM935663720CN is china post register mail. Its shipping time from china to canada can take up to 90 days. Canada Post gives very very low priority on import processing for China Post register mail. Often it will sleep in Canada Post warehouse in Richmond BC for 30 to 60 days without doing anything. CBC and Global Mail have reported many complaint against Canada Post.

Next time you should use ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada. It is a little bit more expensive than register mail, but much faster and reliable.
