I ordered something over a month ago I have the tracking number RS023466952CN the last thing tracking shows is
leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport on may 26 2016 where is my package and when should it arrive I was told by the shipper that it should have only taken 30-35 days from may 12 so this seams like a long time I ordered when I did because I need the item by next week

shipping to canada is very slow, most of the delays are caused in Canada customs clearance stage. Based my personal experience, you might need to wait up to 60 to 70 days to get your goods.

1. You parcel is possibly out of Canadian Customs, here is what I found:
Tracking # :RS023466952CN
Date / Time :2016/06/15 - 18:28

2. You should be receiving your parcel within a couple of days.

1. You could call Canada Post and ask them but I don't know if they will give you the information because your parcel in not traceable.

2. I am assuming is out of Customs because of this:
Summary

3. I suspect your parcel did not go to Vancouver Inbound, maybe Montreal or Toronto.

4. So far I have not seen a parcel taking 3 weeks to have a date at Canada Post. Normally the date that it shows is the date of:
25-May-2016 14:03 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU

5. Your parcel did not go to Vancouver because the delay for Vancouver is 5 to 6 weeks delivery. Unless your parcel slip into a crack and made it quickly to Customs Office then to Canada Post.

6. With all that said, I could be wrong all together, meaning that China Post never reported that the parcel left China or Canada Post never registered the parcel on their site.

7. Why don't you wait a couple of days to find out if the parcel deliver to your home address.

I'm on the east cost of Canada so my package going to Quebec or Toronto makes sense I just wish I knew where my package was

1. I am tracking your parcel a couple of times a day to find out if the date earlier: Date / Time :2016/06/15 - 18:28 will change or not.

2. Like I said before I could be wrong, just hope for you that I'm not.
