I ordered a package on Dec. 22. It says it left shanghai for the US on Dec. 23. The tracking number is ls409446581cn. It has not been updated since I've never had a package take this long, can you tell me what's going on with it

I ordered the shoes 5 December 2015 and now it is January 5, 2016 that is to say one month I expect the package and I have still not received.

the parcel should be delayed in shanghai and has not arrived USA yet. wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php ,it should show USA location then.

RK394316999CN is invalid number. if you just got this number , wait one week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php
