Where is my package ? LV403805771CN. Because I is written that 2 delivery attempts were made but maybe something is missing because I was at home for the 2 attempts and nobody called me or rang at my door. Do you have my phone number ? Do you have my building's code to enter ? Also, my floor ?

French Post(laposte) website shows "Votre envoi n'a pas pu être distribué. Pour plus d'informations, reportez-vous à l'avis de passage que le facteur a déposé dans la boîte à lettres". Your seller might have printed wrong address.

Please contact your local post office to pickup the item asap.
