Post Whats up with my parcel updates

Soo.. my parcel tracking has been en route to Canada for about week and I haven't received any much updates on it since and I thought you could help me with it. I've also contacted Canada Post about it but they told me that it was likely to be in customs but however that hasn't shown up on my tracking that customs has it.....

My tracking number is LM040555034CN

1. Normally E Packet takes 6 to 12 working days to be delivered excluding the time spent at the Customs Office. Last tracking I could find is this:
2016-07-05 21:22 Fuzhou, left the Fuzhou City to Vancouver (transfer)

2. Like Canada Post told you, I also would not be surprise that the parcel is at the Canadian Customs Office getting clear. Within a couple of days you should see some more tracking on the Canada Post site.

Hi, I'm really worried my parcel could've been lost.
My tracking number is RM698433415CN and the last activity (departure from Beijing) on my parcel was 19 days ago! Its destination country is Lebanon.
Is this normal?
I've notified the seller and he told me it might be because systems take time to update.
Please help.

1. First may I suggest your read this China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for Lebanon:

2. Even if no tracking can be seen this does not mean that the parcel is not traveling to your country. You will have notice that Estimate Arrival can be from 18 to 27 to 42 days to Lebanon.

3. Your parcel has been on the road for 27 days so far, you should give maybe another 14 days to arrive in Lebanon. You are aware you can track your parcel on the Lebanon Post Site. Maybe it's already in your country at the Lebanon Customs Office getting clear?

4. Also make sure you have buyer's protection for the parcel just in case that you need to open a dispute with the seller.

1. I just found this on Internet for Canada Post International Incidents:

Following recent changes at Canada's Border Services Agency, items posted for delivery in Canadian postcode areas starting T, U, V, W and Y are experiencing delays of up to a week. Scanning and tracking of these items is also being delayed until after they have passed through customs. Canada Post is working with the customs authority to resolve this situation.

Update: 29 June
Unfortunately, the issues in Vancouver continue and we are now using alternative gateways to get into Canada Post for deliveries in the postcode areas T, U, V, W and Y. This will still incur some delay but should be an improvement on previous weeks.

Could you share me the link as to where you found this?. Cause until now my parcel is still en routing and I was getting a bit confused as to why it wasn't updating but since you brought this up it makes more sense. Hopefully you can keep me updated with upcoming info.

2. May I suggest you read this:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

3. You need to contact seller as soon as possible either to have your parcel sent by mail or open a dispute to get your money back.
