I need help please,,my package has been showing sent to airline twice from 7th June 2018, and there are no updates. what is happening to my package?

Zambia post website shows the parcel arrived "Zambia, LUSAKA AIR, Insert item into domestic bag, unknown, LUSAKA AIR" on Jun 18. You need contact your local Zambia post office to pickup the parcel.
