Please can you update me , the status of my parcel (Order) . As I cannot track my shipment since 24th June 2018 . My tracing number is LZ503796984CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ503796984CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 3. It is still waiting for flight space from china to Saudi Arabia. You need wait 7 to 20 days to get the parcel. There will be no update before parcel arrives Saudi Arabia.

Thanks for your feed back . I agree with you 7 to 20 days but now it is almost 15 days since july 3 & my parcel is waiting in china for flight space .

I have ordered an item from china which was shipped through china post. the tracking number is LZ503796984CN. Can you please let me know if the item is in Saudi Arabia and ready to be picked up. and if yes please support to receive it. Since 3rd july this parcel is with China Post .

your parcel is still in Wuhan. Wuhan airport has some serious delay these days. You might need wait one or two more weeks.

LZ503796984CN was returned by china customs. not sure return reason. you need open dispute to seller for non-arrival order.
