If you purchased from aliexpress or ebay and just got such tracking number within 2 or 3 days, you can wait one more week, many sellers do not intentionally cheat, they did not ship the goods because of inventory shortage. you can wait one more week and track again. if still no result, then open dispute to aliexpress/ebay/paypal.

The shipper swears they have shipped last wed... And just says please be patient your order will arrive soon. How would you be able to know they were short on inventory? Kind regards
