RI344188206CN should be delayed by airline. wait 1 more week, if you can not get it by early April, you should open dispute.

Hi iI opened a dispute with Ali express it says they have 3 calender days for this seller to reply if not the dispute will be closed in my proposal. I placed the order 2/19/15 and as of 3/29/15 still have not received it, it says 15-26 days. I just asked for a full refund, the tracking number they gave me LN766264333CN says it was through epacket and every time I try to check it it says the tracking number doesn't exsist.
