I ordered some electronic parts from a supplier about a month ago and haven't received them. Tracking the item shows it never left China. I've been in touch with the seller but they claim no responsibility on it at all. Tracking is as follows...

*LK379291685CN - this was the original tracking number from 02-28-2015
*LK419519629CN - this is the latest supplied tracking number as of 03-29-2015, after many complaints and threats to report them

Can someone please tell me what's going on? The seller is not cooperating with me at all and I can't seem to get help from anyone else. United Stated Postal Service verifies the package never entered the country as they don't have any records at all on it.

The last status of both items is sent to JFK. Just make sure to file a dispute within the time period that eBay has if you don't receive it soon.
