I tried to check on a package coming from China to the US and the number is not found.
The tracking number I have is: LS639468285CN.
Do you have any information regarding this shipment?

if you just got the number, please wait 5 to 10 days and then track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php, if your seller really shipped the goods, it will show location and status there.

No, I have had the tracking number for 2 weeks now and so far I have no tracking information regarding this package.
I tried the link you gave me and it still comes up package not found.
Can you check into this issue for me?

This is what I found for you:

Your tracking info was not found, Possible reasons:
1: The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.

Please contact seller or open dispute.

Could you help me with a package I sent to My daughter in China? Tracking number is CW694621679US... I sent it to the Chinese school my daughter is teaching at in Shanghai China.. China post tracking says delivery unsuccessful on March 17. /9 what does this mean? Will they attempt to deliver again? Can she go somewhere to pick up her package? Can you please help me with this issue?

the parcel CW694621679US has arrived Shanghai on Mar 14. It should have some delivery problem. You should ask your daughter call China Post hotline 11185 and inquiry delivery detail.
