Order number EE936063205CN, has not moved in a whole month. I need the item before the 25th February, why has the item not moved and when will I receive it?

Please reply promptly.

EE936063205CN is still waiting flight space to JFK airport. Wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive USA>

It's normal for an parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries. After an item leaves China, there is usually a long period of no updates until it arrives in the destination country. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the destination country and the receiving postal service scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Right now many EMS items from China to the USA are seriously delayed, nobody seems to know why. EMS deliveries from China to most other countries (eg Canada) don't seem to be affected.
