Hi. Please please please contact with them and check where is my package. Package arrived to Huludao and Agent said deliver to agency but agency said did not receive it yet. 10 days finished. They are really irresponsible. They Don't check. Just told did not receive it yet. This package need deliver ASAP. Please contact them and ask to deliver package to agency ASAP. There is not a person in China to check and verify problems. In my country is not like that. Too stressfull. Please you contact or give me a phone number for verify problem. I can not wait for indefinite time. They lost my 2 packages 6 months ago and did not refund me yet. Please please check it for me before they lose it too

You need to call your credit card bank to file charge back. Your seller must be a cheater. You can't reason with a liar.
