I cannot get any information about it and I was supposed to receive it a long time ago.

shipping to canada is very slow. You might need wait another 2 weeks.

Hi, I got some tracking information! March 15th the parcel left the Beijing airport, so around 1-2 weeks you can receive your parcel ^^
