Post Shanghai center export customs cleared

I live in Bosnia&Herzegowina.
I ordered a product from Germany over a month ago. When i type the tracking number on their shoping site it says that it left Leipzig and its handed over to china post.

Firstly, i ordered 2 other products later on and they already arrived.
Secondly, I dont know why did they shipped over china post cause Im from Bosnia&Herzegowina.

Thirdly, and the most important confusion is when I type the package tracking number "CF321451525DE" it says this: "Shanghai center export customs cleared on 13. January" and since then theres no other info.

Why would they ship the package from Germany, Laipzig to Shangai and then to Bosnia Im 3 countries away from Germany.

Hope someone from the service will see this and help me out.

CF321451525DE was shipped to China by mistake. You should open dispute to seller for refund.
