Anyone have any ideas?

yes, your seller must have shipped the parcel to a wrong address (very likely intensionally).

Many users here have reported similar scam. You need open dispute to paypal or call your credit card bank to report fraud.

I filed a charge back hopefully they side with me. I worry because it says delivered now. Shoespie is so unprofessional.
