It's been over 6 weeks since I made my order which arrived in Nairobi early June. What's causing the delay? No one calls or texts to explain the delay.

Kenya Post website shows the parcel arrived NAIROBI C/QS, Arrival at delivery office on Jun 5. You need contact your local post office for delivery detail.

Am confused. I thought delivery was to be done directly to the address I provided during purchase and secondly, it's always good to advise your 1st time customers on procedures. I might end up giving up my parcel as it could have now accrued a lot of storage money since you did not advise on what normally happens in advance. Pretty much disappointed at your service.

You need google Kenya Post telephone number or lookup your local phone directory for Kenya Post contact number.
