hi, forum folks and advisors. my tracking number is LN236569545US for a small item sent back to the seller via U.S. Postal Service; last tracking point from US postal website is Chicago 6 weeks ago. seller says it hasn't arrived; US postal reps said China Post should be handling it. any tips about how to get any info would be greatly appreciated; thank you much

I advise against returning items to China, it's not reliable.

hey, thanks for responding so quickly, chinapostvolunteer. can you say whether that box ever made it to China, or do you think it was lost before going overseas?

it is more likely to be lost or rejected by china customs. they are very tough and irresponsible.

There's always a way to work things out with your seller without returning items half way across the world...most of the time they will return all or part of your money if there's a problem...and you don't have to waste your time sending items back.
