Hi, my order number is LW758756565CN and I was wondering if I could check the status on this? It has been 1 week since it has said it was leaving Chengdu and I would really like my package before Friday hence I wanted to see if it was possible to see where it was.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW758756565CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Chengdu office to US on Oct 20.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Chengdu ,China or customs warehouse in ,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Hi,

Thank you so much for your reply- so there is no way to check basically whether it is here in the US or still in China. It's been about 11 days so I am in the middle of the period.

We can not know exact location at this moment. We only know it is either in China customs or US customs(more possible). please wait one more week, I believe usps.com will update its local location very soon.

Hi,

Sorry to bother you about this again but my package has been in transit now for 20 days- is there a good chance it will come soon? I just wanted to make sure it hasn't been lost somewhere or a rough estimate of how much longer I should expect to wait. Thanks!

the parcel has no updated information. I believe it is delayed. But parcel from Chengdu often has some delay. It is still in normal time frame. I suggest you wait one more week and see what will happen.

Hi,

I just saw that it's finally updated to be in SF, USA so it should be here by Tuesday or so. Thank you SO MUCH for all of your help- I truly appreciate it!
