Hello, a package I ordered was shipped on May the 18th and still doesn't look as if it has left Xiamen. the tracking number is LN933354629CN. Is this normal? When can I expect to receive this package?

LN933354629CN should have been lost or returned. you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.
