Post Problem with package?

hi,

I ordered two packages from the same company, the tracking number are : RI488798977CN and RI488798963CN. According to Chinapost, RI488798963CN, has left and on route to canada in terminal, but RI488798977CN hasnt left, is there a problem with it?

both parcels are ok, no need worry. shipping to canada is a little bit slow since April. you might need wait about 4 to 6 weeks.

Hi,I order Jacket from a seller from China to UAE. For the parcel to get to dubai it was returned from Dubai sorting center. My order Number is 67379631882329 while my tracking Number RJ516851914CN.
Pls i want to knw the reason why my parcel was returned. It was returned June 9 2015. And i want to knw when it will Arrive China Bcos the Seller said he is going to Resend it once the parcel Get to China. Is it possible for me to get new tracking Number for my parcel.

Most parcel was returned by UAE post because shipping address has no P.O box number. You should open dispute and claim refund from seller.

Hi, i checked both tracking numbers again, but they seem to not work at chinapost anymore and shows up (not found) and just says en route to canada from Canadapost website. I wonder why that is? this never happened to my other packages from chinapost.
[EDIT] it shows on website again, chinapost had an error!
