70258758470 is china post ordinary parcel which sometimes is very slow. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you might need to contact seller for compensation.

Can you give me a nowrmal window period i have to wait for this? I want to know whether to continue waiting or give up and ask the seller for a refund?

1. Normally it should take 30 to 60 days to arrive. You should open a dispute to get your money back.
