Can anyone help me track this package RL197078405CN? It's a birthday gift and I thought it would have arrive by now...

My tracking status for RO224064385CN hasnt moved since 19th March , 2016. Please help.

parcel status will freeze for 2 to 4 weeks in some stage. it is normal.

This is the only info I could find for you:

2016-02-29 14:25,"Exchange Bureau in Fuzhou" has been exported,
2016-02-29 08:04,"Exchange Bureau in Fuzhou" have been exported to open,
2016-02-28 17:54,Leave the "high post" next stop "mail centers in Fuzhou"
2016-02-28 13:47,"High post",
2016-02-28 13:34,"High post" you've got mail,

Either the parcel had a hard time to find a flight to Canada or was able to arrive in Canada but Canadian Custom are so busy that it's not release yet to Canada Post.
You could call Canada Post to find out if they know more.
You can also track the parcel at Canada Post if ever you see the annotation 1-12 days for delivery, then you know the parcel was release from Canadian Custom.
