Hello,

I run an e-commerce business and I have been waiting on a delivery done to my customer for a month. The customer e-mailed me saying her tracking number says delivered, but she has not received it yet. I contacted Canada Post, they told me to contact China Post since it is shipped from China and only they can open a case. I need your help in this matter.

you can ask shipper to open case with china post, you can not do it in Canada.
By the way, Canada Post website shows the parcel was delivered in VICTORIA, BC. Is your buyer in VICTORIA, BC? If not , I believe shipper has printed wrong address. Normally Canada Post will not deliver a parcel address which does not match the shipping label.

Yes! The delivery was suppose to be in Victoria, BC. The address is all right, she just accidentally messed up on the postal code only. Still not delivered, so we have to notify the sellers. What if the sellers are not responding on time or giving other directions?

If seller does not help you to start the case with China Post, you can do nothing. But it is strange that Canada Post website shows the parcel has been delivered. I believe the receiver might have some problem. Maybe he is lying, maybe he did not check his mailbox/front door or maybe someone have stolen the parcel from his mailbox. Canada Post won't deliver a parcel to a wrong address.

I think maybe the address may be too confusing. Can you please let me know what the delay is?

LZ202670613CN was sent from china to Vancouver on April 5.

Every parcel from China is subject to review for admissibility into Canada by the Canada Border Services Agency. It should be delayed there.

Not sure why CBS does not release your parcel. You can do nothing but waiting at this moment.
