RI360097937CN should be rejected in shenzhen customs. you need open dispute asap.

Thank you to both of you, which one is right.
Is the parcel rejected or is the parcel in transit?
Or is the parcel lost?

The Canada Post message may just be a generic tracking status, what you can do is open a dispute now, and then close it when and if you receive the parcel.

I don't think that Canada Post would say that the item is "In Transit" if it hasn't at least made it to a Canadian Postal Facility. Apparently, it's been successfully delivered.
