The parcel arrived in Zambia but it has wrong address and details and the seller is rarely on WhatsApp . At post office they have refused to give me the parcel coz of the détails . Please help.

No one on the forums has the power to change details on a parcel in transit. If your details are wrong on the parcel the seller is the only person able to change it because you can't prove it is for you with different details, and it will probably have to be sent back to them and shipped again.
