Post Packages returned to shipper from Shenzhen (LV757108397CN & LV757108383CN)

The following 2 packages were shipped to me via China Post on 27 Apr, 2023:
LV757108397CN
LV757108383CN

According to the China Post tracking info, both of these packages were "Returned to shipper" from Shenzhen on 09 May, 2023.

Why were these shipments returned to shipper from Shenzhen?

Both items were rejected by airlines. They have something with safety problem. China Post returned these two parcels to shipper.

If these two items were online purchase, please open dispute to Paypal or call your credit card bank to claim refund.
