1. If the parcel is not scan then there is not update of the parcel. Even if you don't see any tracking on the parcel it does not mean the parcel is not moving.

2. May I suggest your read the following information and also pay a close attention to the last 5-6 paragraph:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?
