Hello. My package keeps being opened and dispatched in the same place. This is the third time. What is happening? Tracking number RM637876857CN.

What does it mean when it says "exported to open"? why has it had that status three times in the same place over the last seven days?

freezing for one or two weeks is normal. your parcel should arrive by early feb.
