I bought an item from a Chinese seller on ebay.
A pair of Chinese brand boots.
Tracking has shown up for it being in Zhengzhou since February 22nd and preparing for shipment. Then again in Zhengzhou February 26, March 3rd, March 8th, and March 11th. The package was suppose to arrive between February 14-24. I've called USPS, where I'm doing my tracking, and they said they can't do anything until the package has arrived to the US. I contacted the seller but he has been less than helpful.

Whats going on with my package?

the parcel should have some problem to pass security check. you'd better open a non-receipt dispute with ebay and claim money back.

Thank you for the response.
I've opened a dispute on ebay and I'am waiting for a response.
I'm starting to believe the seller is a scammer since he is starting to receive negative reviews by other buyers over similar issues.
