hello
ordered a device from aliexpress via china post to canada (toronto)
its last update is on 19-march-16 since than no activity.

tracking #: RI924382034CN

should i open dispute.?
im worried...
pls anyone help

I suggest you wait one or two more weeks. it should be on the way. many parcels stuck in Vancouver airport import customs. you need some time to get the goods.
