Post Package stuck in customes

My package hasn't moved since the third of July. USPS site says they have received notice of an incoming package yet the china post site says its still in customs. Its been opened twice is there a problem? Its a toddler dress. RC816040392CN

USPS information is accurate. China Post has not updated the delivery information yet. Your parcel now is in USPS office in FORT WORTH, TX 76161. if you can not get it tomorrow, you'd better go to USPS and pickup the parcel by yourself.
