Tracking number is: LT514146035CN

It appears my package has been stuck in China since December the 6th, is that normal? I have placed several orders from China but the tracking shows movement. Can someone please tell me where my package is?

2. If by 12 Jan you can not see any tracking on the USPS site that the parcel was scan or have not receive your parcel, then just open a dispute for non reception of parcel.
