RI848888627CN thats the tracking number. its been stuck its a phone screen. small package. it should have arrived in the usa by now. but no updates from january. what happened?

I've been dealing with same issue since January 27,a pair of shoes I'm waiting on i received all but RI840224312CN. Still showing in guangzhou plz help me.
