This is always a difficult situation. Because there was no signature, you cannot tell who signed for it and as far as your seller is concerned (if you bought this item) they are off the hook because the parcel is marked as delivered. Also, because all this time went by since it was delivered, that might add difficulty to it. You can try contacting Canada Post at the location where your mailman works out of or try and catch them next time they come to your house to ask about it. Or call the 1-800 number. But most likely, they will tell you the sender needs to open a claim through China Post which takes many months to complete, if they are even willing to.
