I have two packages and two tracking numbers. CHINA-POST 71094748673 and 71094748571 The expected delivery date was Sept. 20. The following information has never been updated. I have also checked UPS and get no results.
Can you please tell me if you still have the packages or if they have shipped and by what carrier? Help!

1. Those type of parcel are what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus parcel and they can only be track in China. The tracking is limited and can take from 30 to 60 days to be deliver.

2. To make sure the parcel departed China, may I suggest you contact seller and ask him to contact China Post to make sure the parcel departed China.
